Dune 3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

• Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the Bengali version shall prevail.
